De la nada se arma una juntada, o te dan ganas de tomar algo en el patio, en la terraza y aparece la necesidad de \u201cpicar algo\u201d con la cerveza helada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te dejamos nuestra receta de guacamole, una delicia para acompa\u00f1ar las tarde-noche de verano. Ideal para tener en casa: f\u00e1cil r\u00e1pido y riqu\u00edsimo. Se puede comer con tostadas, nachos, grisines, papitas, queso\u2026 lo que quieras!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cebolla <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 \u00f3 4 paltas chicas maduras<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 \u00f3 3 tomates perita<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sal y \u00a0pimienta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mucho lim\u00f3n (natural)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Procedimiento<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para lograr una consistencia cremosa pod\u00e9s pasar por la minipimer las paltas con el jugo de lim\u00f3n, m\u00e1s sal y pimienta. Luego le agreg\u00e1s tomate cortado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concasse <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(esto es pelado, sin semillas y luego cortado en cubitos chiquitos) y la cebolla <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brunoise <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(en peque\u00f1os daditos), revolv\u00e9s y ten\u00e9s tu Guacamole .<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Para nosotros la guacamoles es la estrella en nuestro men\u00fa tem\u00e1tico Mex Party, claramente por su origen, pero va muy bien para muchos bocaditos de los men\u00fas informales de nuestro catering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Empez\u00f3 la temporada de calor, y con ella surgen planes permanentemente.
